Dahu Aquaculture controlling shareholder increases stake to 26.63%

Tibet Hongshan Technology Development, the controlling shareholder of Dahu Aquaculture, increased its stake from 25.49% to 26.63% after purchasing 23.5 million shares for 111.7 million yuan between January and July 2025.

The acquisition was funded through the company's own capital and a bank loan. Tibet Hongshan remains the controlling shareholder following the transaction.
