Zhongnongfa Seed Industry loans subsidiary RMB 200m

Zhongnongfa Seed Industry Group will provide a loan of up to RMB 200 million to its subsidiary Henan Huangfan District Dishen Seed Industry. The loan will be issued in tranches at 3% annual interest to bolster working capital for wheat seed acquisition and grain business expansion.

The subsidiary reported RMB 818.83 million revenue and RMB 47.88 million net profit in 2024, with total assets of RMB 695.62 million. Combined with previous intra-group loans, total outstanding debt will reach RMB 309.80 million, representing 16.22% of the parent company's net assets.
