Major shareholder cuts stake in Zhuzhou Smelter Group

Hunan Xiangtou Jinye Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership has completed a share reduction in Zhuzhou Smelter Group, selling 6,935,100 shares for 78.5 million yuan.

The fund sold the shares through centralized bidding between April and July at prices ranging from 11.25 to 11.34 yuan per share, representing 0.65% of total share capital.

Following the reduction, the fund now holds 58.4 million shares, or 5.45% of the company. The initial plan aimed to reduce holdings by up to 3%.
