Datang International raises 2bn yuan from innovation bonds

Datang International Power Generation Co raised 2 billion yuan through its first tranche of technology innovation perpetual corporate bonds.

The bonds carry a 1.93% coupon rate with a basic five-year term. The company can extend the bonds for additional five-year periods or allow full redemption if it chooses not to exercise the extension option.
