CRRC chief financial officer resigns due to work adjustment

CRRC Corporation Limited announced that its chief financial officer, Ms. Li Zheng, has resigned from her position due to work adjustment. The resignation became effective upon submission of her report to the board of directors.

Following her departure, Ms. Li will not hold any positions within CRRC or its controlled subsidiaries. The company confirmed that the handover process has been completed in accordance with company procedures.
