Air China reports passenger and cargo growth in June

Air China reported passenger turnover up 3.9% in June 2025, with international passenger turnover surging 11.1%. The average passenger load factor improved 1.1 percentage points to 81.1%.

Cargo turnover increased 6.8%, with the cargo load factor rising 1.4 percentage points to 45.7%.

The airline introduced new routes from Beijing Capital to Yining and Karamay. Air China's operational fleet reached 934 aircraft after adding one B737 and retiring three A320 aircraft.
