Greenland Holdings projects 30-35bn yuan half-year loss

Greenland Holdings expects a net loss of 30-35 billion yuan for the first half of 2025, compared to a 210 million yuan profit in the same period last year.

The decline is attributed to reduced real estate and infrastructure revenue, lower gross margins, increased asset impairment provisions, and higher interest expenses.
