Tianma Technology controlling shareholder adjusts share pledges

Tianma Technology's controlling shareholder released 13.4 million shares from a pledge, representing 2.67% of total share capital, before immediately re-pledging 12 million shares to supplement working capital.

The shareholder now has 46.7 million pledged shares, representing 48.44% of his holdings. Including associated parties, total pledged shares reach 61.7 million, or 37.80% of their combined holdings.
