Shaanxi Construction wins 1.15bn yuan contracts, guarantees surge

Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group won two major projects in June totaling over 1.15 billion yuan, including a 585 million yuan project in Henan Province and a 573 million yuan contract in Xi'an.

The company simultaneously provided new guarantees totaling 2.204 billion yuan for 11 subsidiaries, bringing total outstanding guarantees to 33.635 billion yuan - representing 108% of net assets. Most guaranteed subsidiaries have debt-to-asset ratios exceeding 70%.
