Jiangsu Cable shareholder cuts stake to 0.28%

Viscore Communication (Shanghai) has sold 18.8 million shares in Jiangsu Broadcasting Cable Information Network Corporation for RMB 65.5 million between July 3-10.

The sale reduced Viscore's stake from 0.66% to 0.28% of the cable company's total share capital. Shares were sold at prices ranging from RMB 3.48 to RMB 3.51 each through centralized bidding.
