BOC International shares surge 20% in unexplained rally

BOC International Securities shares jumped 20% over three consecutive trading days in July without any clear catalyst.

The company said it found no undisclosed major events after conducting internal reviews and consulting with its largest shareholder. No significant asset restructuring, share issuances or business reorganizations were identified.

The largest shareholder confirmed it did not trade during the period of unusual activity.
