Yili subsidiary's external guarantees reach CNY 213.88bn

Inner Mongolia Huishang Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd., issued external guarantees totaling CNY 213,880.00 million in the second quarter of 2025.

These guarantees were exclusively for downstream distributors, supporting their working capital needs for product purchases. The outstanding guarantee balance at the end of the quarter was CNY 203,953.76 million, with CNY 193,339.06 million attributed to these distributors.

The subsidiary provided guarantees to 2,189 clients in total, of which 2,163 were downstream distributors. The top five downstream distributors, all with "good" credit ratings and receiving counter-guarantees, accounted for guarantees ranging from CNY 1,464.33 million to CNY 4,130.67 million.
