China Pacific Insurance declares 2024 annual dividend

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. has announced its 2024 annual dividend distribution plan. The company will distribute RMB 1.08 per share (tax inclusive) to its A-share shareholders.

The ex-dividend date is set for 2025/7/18, with the equity registration date on 2025/7/17. Shareholders will receive their cash dividends on 2025/7/18. The total cash dividend to be distributed is RMB 10,389,968,771.40 based on the company's total share capital of 9,620,341,455 shares.
