Shanghai Pudong Development Bank to elect new director

Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPDB) will hold its first extraordinary shareholders meeting of 2025 on July 16th to vote on the election of a new director. The key item on the agenda is the proposed election of Lin Huazhe to the board. Mr. Lin's nomination was previously approved at the sixth meeting of the board of directors in 2025. According to the announcement, Mr. Lin currently serves as the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Cinda Investment Co., Ltd. The election is subject to approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration, with his term commencing upon approval.
