Shaanxi coal production dips slightly, electricity generation up

Shaanxi Coal Industry Company (SSE:601225) announced its key operating data for June 2025, revealing a mixed performance compared to the same period last year. Coal production reached 1,436,000 tonnes, a 5.07% decrease from the 1,512,760 tonnes produced in June 2024. Self-produced coal sales volume also saw a decrease of 3.63%, amounting to 1,444,000 tonnes. Cumulative coal production for the year stands at 8,741,000 tonnes, a 1.16% increase year-over-year.
