Sanyuan Foods announces 2024 annual cash dividend distribution

Beijing Sanyuan Foods has announced its implementation plan for the 2024 annual equity distribution, approved at the shareholders' meeting on June 27, 2025. The distribution targets all shareholders registered with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch after the market closes on July 14, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.012 per share (tax inclusive), based on a total share capital of 1,509,176,043 shares, amounting to a total cash distribution of approximately CNY 18,110,112. The ex-right (dividend) date is set for July 15, 2025, with the cash dividend payable on the same day. Different tax treatments apply to various types of shareholders, including individual investors, qualified foreign institutional investors (QFII), and other institutional investors.
