Oriental Pearl announces 2024 annual dividend distribution

Oriental Pearl Group has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the company’s annual general meeting on June 18, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.18 per share to all shareholders of record as of the close of trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 15, 2025. The ex-dividend date is set for July 16, 2025, with the cash dividend payable on the same date. The total dividend payout amounts to CNY 605,141,967.06, based on a total share capital of 3,361,899,817 shares. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) will be subject to a 10% withholding tax, resulting in a net dividend of CNY 0.162 per share. Hong Kong Stock Exchange investors will also receive a net dividend of CNY 0.162 per share after a 10% withholding tax. Resident enterprise shareholders are responsible for their own tax payments, with the dividend remaining at CNY 0.18 per share.
