Neusoft cancels repurchased shares, reduces share capital

Neusoft Corporation (SSE:600718) announced that it will cancel 18,225,976 shares held in its repurchase special account, following approvals at its board and shareholder meetings in April and May of 2025. The shares were repurchased between January and April 2024, at a total cost of CNY 145,003,509.53. The cancellation, scheduled for July 10, 2025, will reduce the company's total share capital to 1,189,203,552 shares. Neusoft confirmed that the cancellation will not materially affect the company's financial position or operations, nor will it impact its listing status.
