The company has registered the cancellation of 11,879,979 repurchased A-shares. Following the cancellation, the company's registered capital has been reduced to CNY 1,473,240,021, with the total share capital now also standing at 1,473,240,021 shares. The company has obtained a new business license from the Shanxi Province Market Supervision and Administration Bureau reflecting these changes.
