Espressif to increase registered capital, amend charter

Espressif Systems (Shanghai) is set to increase its registered capital and amend its company charter, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting. The decision stems from the company's 2024 profit distribution and capital reserve increase plan. Under the plan, every ten shares will be paid a cash dividend of CNY 6, and four shares will be transferred from capital reserve. Following this adjustment, the total share capital will rise from 112,200,431 shares to 156,702,722 shares, and the registered capital will increase from CNY 112,200,431 to CNY 156,702,722. Shareholders will vote on the proposed changes at the meeting.
