Zhejiang Orient announces chairman resignation and new appointment

Zhejiang Orient Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd. announced that Chairwoman Jin Chaoping has resigned from her position due to organizational arrangements, relinquishing her roles as chairwoman, director, and committee member. The board has elected Wang Zhengjia as the new chairman, effective from July 8, 2025, until the expiration of the current board term. Wang Zhengjia, a senior economist and certified public accountant, previously served as Deputy General Manager and CFO of Zhejiang Orient.
