Sinoma International reports growth in first half contracts

Sinoma International Engineering disclosed its second-quarter 2025 operating data, revealing a mixed performance. Total new contracts for the first six months of the year reached CNY 4,116.42 million, up 11% year-over-year. However, second-quarter new contracts saw a 16% decrease, amounting to CNY 1,328.37 million. By product type, engineering technical services saw a 15% increase in contracts for the first half, reaching CNY 2,767.22 million, while production and operation services experienced a 14% decline. Overseas contracts increased by 19% for the first half. The company reported a contract backlog of CNY 6,203.70 million. A key project in Zambia remains in the financing stage.
