Juneyao Airlines shareholder plans to reduce holdings

Shanghai Juneyao Airlines Co., Ltd. announced that shareholder Dongfang Airlines Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 21,840,052 shares, representing up to 1% of the company's total share capital. The shares will be sold via centralized bidding within a three-month period, beginning 15 trading days after the announcement date and concluding on October 29, 2025. Dongfang Airlines currently holds 291,467,826 shares, equivalent to 13.35% of Juneyao's total equity. The reason for the reduction is cited as the shareholder's own business needs. Juneyao Airlines stated that the proposed share reduction will not impact normal business cooperation or strategic partnerships between the two entities, with Dongfang Airlines maintaining its strategic shareholding in Juneyao Airlines. The company also noted that the specific reduction price will be determined by market conditions.
