IKD's chief financial officer resigns due to personal reasons

IKD Co., Ltd. (SSE:600933) announced today that Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Qi Guiyu, has resigned from her position due to personal family reasons. The resignation, submitted in writing, is effective immediately. Ms. Qi will no longer hold any position within the company. IKD confirmed that Ms. Qi's departure will not impact the normal operations of the company, and that all work has been properly handed over. The company further stated that Ms. Qi has no outstanding commitments related to her role as CFO, and that no significant disagreements exist.
