Hoshine Silicon controlling shareholder pledges additional shares

Hoshine Silicon Industry announced that its controlling shareholder, Hoshine Group, and its consistent actor, Luo Cuo, have pledged additional shares of the company. Hoshine Group directly holds 546,647,073 shares, representing 46.24% of the total share capital, while Luo Cuo holds 192,493,302 shares, or 16.28%. Following the pledge, Hoshine Group's cumulative pledged shares amount to 265,329,100, or 48.54% of its holdings and 22.44% of the total share capital. Luo Cuo's pledged shares total 93,510,600, accounting for 48.58% of their holdings and 7.91% of the total share capital. The pledges serve as collateral for financing purposes, including working capital.
