Beijing Sanyuan Foods elects employee director

Beijing Sanyuan Foods (SSE:600429) has announced the election of Zhou Hui as an employee director, following the fifth session of the fourth employee representative meeting. Zhou Hui will join the eight other directors elected at the 2024 annual shareholders meeting, forming the ninth session of the board of directors. Zhou's term will last until the expiration of the ninth board's term. Zhou, born in June 1987, holds a graduate degree, is a company lawyer, a senior economist, and a member of the Communist Party. He previously served in various roles, including positions within the company's securities legal affairs department, the Beijing Capital Agribusiness Group, and as head of legal and risk control at Beijing Capital Agribusiness & Food Group. He has also served as general counsel for the company, and from January 2021 to June 2025, he was concurrently the head of legal compliance. Since April 2025, he has held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection.
