Zhejiang Longsheng announces 2024 cash dividend distribution

Zhejiang Longsheng Group has announced the implementation details of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, which was approved at the annual general meeting on May 30, 2025. The distribution targets all shareholders registered on the Shanghai Stock Exchange as of the afternoon closing on July 15, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.25 per share (inclusive of tax), totaling CNY 813,332,965.00. The ex-right (ex-dividend) date and cash dividend distribution date is set for July 16, 2025. Different tax treatments will apply to individual and institutional investors, in accordance with relevant tax regulations. Specifically, for Hong Kong Stock Exchange investors (including enterprises and individuals) investing in the company's A shares, a 10% income tax will be withheld, resulting in a net dividend of CNY 0.225 per share.
