Putailai's controlling shareholder pledges and releases shares

Shanghai Putailai New Energy Technology (SSE:603659) announced that controlling shareholder Liang Feng has engaged in share pledge and release activities. Liang Feng directly holds 531,510,881 shares, representing 24.87% of the company's total share capital. Following these transactions, the cumulative pledged shares held by Liang Feng amount to 311,050,000, or 58.52% of his holdings and 14.55% of the total share capital.
