Inner Mongolia MengDian HuaNeng Thermal Power Corp has announced that its controlling shareholder, Northern United Power, has completed its planned increase in the company's shareholding. The increase, conducted between April 8, 2025, and July 7, 2025, saw Northern United Power acquire 12,565,800 shares, representing approximately 0.1925% of the company's total issued shares. The total value of the increased stake amounts to CNY50,099,475.00 (excluding commissions and transaction taxes).
