Kingfa Tech receives approval for medium-term notes registration

Kingfa Science & Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has received approval from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for the registration of medium-term notes. The approved registration allows the company to issue medium-term notes within China with a total principal amount not exceeding CNY 4 billion. The registration is valid for two years from the date of the notice. China Merchants Bank and China Minsheng Bank will act as joint lead underwriters. The company intends to proceed with the issuance within the validity period, following required procedures and regulatory guidelines.
