Great Wall Motor updates on bond conversions, stock option exercises

Great Wall Motor Company (SSE:601633) announced updates on convertible bond conversions and stock option exercises. Between June 1 and June 30, 2025, an additional CNY 11,000 of "Changqi Convertible Bonds" were converted into 277 shares, bringing the cumulative total since December 17, 2021, to CNY 4,886,000 converted into 128,174 shares, representing 0.0014% of the company's total share capital before the bond issuance. As of June 30, 2025, CNY 3,495,114,000 of bonds remain unconverted, representing 99.8604% of the total issuance.
