Central China Securities reports no change in share structure

Central China Securities, has released its monthly report on securities movements, confirming no changes to its issued share capital for the month ending June 30, 2025. The report indicates that the number of H shares listed in Hong Kong remains at 1,195,365,000 with a nominal value of RMB1 each. Similarly, the number of A shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange remains stable at 3,447,519,700 with a nominal value of RMB1 each. The total registered share capital at the end of June was RMB4,642,884,700. The company confirms that all relevant regulations and listing rules have been adhered to.
