Double-Crane Pharmaceutical announces 2024 dividend distribution

China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical (SSE:600062) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholders' meeting on May 16, 2025. The distribution, based on the company's total share capital of 1,038,836,522 shares, will see shareholders receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.371 per share (inclusive of tax). The total cash dividend payout amounts to CNY 385,408,349.66. The ex-right (ex-dividend) date is set for July 11, 2025, with the cash dividend payable on the same day.
