Runda Medical announces share conversion suspension for equity distribution

Shanghai Runda Medical Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will suspend share conversion of its "Runda Bonds" (SSE:113588) from July 10, 2025, until the equity registration date for its 2024 annual equity distribution. This suspension is related to the company's plan to distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.30 per 10 shares to all shareholders, as approved at the May 27, 2025, shareholders' meeting. The company will adjust the conversion price of "Runda Bonds" according to the terms outlined in the convertible bond prospectus. Trading will resume the first trading day after the equity registration date. Bondholders wishing to enjoy the equity distribution must convert before July 9, 2025. The company will announce the equity distribution implementation and conversion price adjustment on July 11, 2025.
