Anyang Iron & Steel appoints general counsel, expands financing

** Anyang Iron & Steel announced the appointment of Hao Meng as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, effective July 4, 2025. The decision, approved at the company’s eighth interim board meeting of 2025, aims to bolster the company's legal and compliance structure. Hao Meng, a legal master and senior economist, brings extensive experience from within the Anyang Iron & Steel Group, where he previously served in legal and auditing roles. He will retain his position as the company's board secretary and head of the audit and compliance department, also serving as Deputy General Manager.
