** Will Semiconductor Shanghai (SSE:603501) announced that its controlling shareholder, Yu Renrong, has pledged an additional 21,600,000 shares. Following this transaction, Yu Renrong's cumulative pledged shares amount to 195,308,400, representing 58.57% of his total holdings. Combined with shares pledged by parties acting in concert, the total pledged shares by this group reaches 252,204,400, accounting for 61.73% of their collective holdings and 20.72% of Will Semiconductor's total share capital. Of the pledged shares, those representing CNY 320,000,000 will mature in the next 6 months, and those representing CNY 280,000,000 will mature within one year. The pledge is intended for loan repayment and the company stated that this equity pledge will not result in a change of actual control of the company.
