Taiji Industry approves key amendments and related party transaction

Wuxi Taiji Industry announced the resolutions passed at its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on July 4, 2025. Key approvals included amendments to the company's "募集资金管理制度" (fundraising management system) and a resolution concerning a major "关联交易" (related transaction) involving its holding subsidiary, 海太半导体 (Haitai Semiconductor). Specifically, the meeting approved 海太半导体 entering into a fourth-term "后工序服务合同" (post-processing service agreement) with SK Hynix. The resolutions passed with over 96% approval from A-share holders on the capital management amendments and over 99% approval for the SK Hynix service agreement. The meeting was attended by 1,015 shareholders and proxies, representing 33.5193% of the company's total voting shares.
