Anjoy Foods lists H shares on Hong Kong Exchange

Fu Jian Anjoy Foods successfully listed its H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) on July 4, 2025, under the stock code "2648". The global offering comprised 39,994,700 H shares before any exercise of over-allotment options. The Hong Kong public offering accounted for 11,998,500 shares, representing 30% of the global offering, while the international offering consisted of 27,996,200 shares, making up 70%. The issue price was set at HKD 60 per H share. After deducting underwriting commissions and estimated expenses, Anjoy Foods anticipates net proceeds of approximately CNY 2.302 billion. Post-issuance, existing shareholder Fujian Guoli Minsheng Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. will hold approximately 21.61% of the shares if no over-allotment options are taken.
