Wangfujing Group announces CNY 0.08 dividend per share

Wangfujing Group [SSE:600859] has announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder meeting on May 16, 2025. Shareholders of record as of July 9, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.08 per share, before tax. The dividend will be distributed on July 10, 2025, totaling CNY 89,914,513.92. Taxes will be withheld and remitted based on the holding period and residency of the investors, with specific arrangements for QFII and Hong Kong Stock Connect investors. Beijing Tourism Group, Beijing State-Owned Capital Operation and Management, Beijing Jingrui State-owned Enterprise Reform and Development Fund, Beijing Zhenzhong Electronic Group, and Beijing Business Enterprise Service Company will receive their dividends directly from the company.
