Tonghua Dongbao completes partial Tebao Bio share transfer

Tonghua Dongbao Pharmaceutical (SSE: 600867) announced that it has completed the transfer registration of 23,187,600 shares of Xiamen Tebao Bioengineering Co., Ltd. to Tibet Trust Co., Ltd. This represents 5.70% of Tebao Bio's total share capital. The transfer agreement, signed on May 22, 2025, involved a total transfer price of CNY 1,301,288,112, or CNY 56.12 per share. Following the transaction, Tonghua Dongbao’s stake in Tebao Bio has decreased from 16.03% to 10.33%. The share transfer has received compliance confirmation from the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
