Silan Microelectronics' controlling shareholder releases part of stock pledge

Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics (SSE:600460) announced that its controlling shareholder, Silan Holdings, has released 20 million shares from pledge. This represents 3.89% of Silan Holdings' total holdings and 1.20% of Silan Microelectronics' total share capital. Following this release, Silan Holdings' remaining cumulative pledged shares stand at 20 million shares. Combined, Silan Holdings and its acting in concert parties hold 563,107,257 shares, accounting for 33.84% of Silan Microelectronics’ total share capital, with cumulative pledged shares totaling 28,627,000, which represents 5.08% of their total holdings and 1.72% of the company's total share capital. The pledge was originally made to the Export-Import Bank of China, Zhejiang Branch. The release of the pledge was completed on July 2, 2025.
