Shanghai Wanye third largest shareholder plans stock reduction

Shanghai Wanye Enterprises announced that Shanghai Guosheng Capital Management Co., Ltd. - Shanghai Guosheng Haitong Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), currently the third-largest shareholder, intends to reduce its holdings in the company. The shareholder, which currently holds 46,531,500 shares or 5.00% of the total share capital, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1,861,200 shares, representing 0.20% of the total share capital. The reduction will be executed through concentrated bidding transactions within a three-month period, starting July 25, 2025, and ending October 24, 2025. The shareholder cited its own capital needs as the reason for the share reduction, and the shares being disposed of were acquired through a previous agreement transfer. Shanghai Wanye stated that it will supervise the major shareholder's plan in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner.
