Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities reports no share changes

Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities Group has released its monthly report on securities changes, covering the period ending June 30, 2025. The report indicates that there were no changes to either its H shares or A shares during the month. The total number of listed H shares remains at 533,643,000 with a nominal value of RMB1 each, while A shares stay at 2,418,791,675, each also with a nominal value of RMB1. Both the issued share capital and treasury share counts for H shares and A shares remained stable during this period. The total registered share capital at the end of June stood at RMB2,952,434,675. The company also confirmed that there were no share option schemes or warrants in effect, and no other agreements or arrangements in place impacting share issuance.
