Minsheng Bank announces 2024 A-share dividend distribution

China Minsheng Banking Corp (SSE:600016) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan for A-shares. Shareholders of record as of July 11, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.062 per share (inclusive of tax). The ex-dividend date is July 14, 2025, with dividend payments also scheduled for the same day. The total cash dividend payout amounts to CNY 2,714,509,947.12. This distribution, combined with the interim dividend, brings the total 2024 dividend to CNY 0.192 per share.
