Huadian Power announces 2024 annual dividend distribution

Huadian Power International Corporation (SSE:600027) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.13 per share (before tax) to all shareholders of record as of July 11, 2025. The total dividend payout will amount to CNY 1,417,835,170.70 based on the company's total share capital of 10,906,424,390 shares.
