Flat Glass Group reports share changes for June 2025

Flat Glass Group, a Hong Kong and Shanghai-listed company, released its monthly return of equity issuers report for June 2025. The company's registered share capital includes 441,715,000 H shares and 1,901,205,139 A shares, with a total value of RMB585,730,034.75. There were changes in issued A-shares and share options, due to the cancellation of 3,147,284 share options. Furthermore, the company reports that 13,308,421 A-shares were repurchased but not yet cancelled. The A-share convertible corporate bonds issued remained constant at 3,999,888,000 with a par value of RMB 100.
