Dahao Tech changes fund manager for merger fund

Beijing Dahao Technology Co., Ltd. announced a change in fund manager for its second-phase industrial M&A fund, the Ningbo Dahao Songshan Jinxiu Equity Investment Partnership. Effective July 3, 2025, Guanghe (Hainan) Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. will replace the original manager, Henan Xinzhongyuan Songshan Private Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. The decision was made at a partners' meeting in June 2025, with all partners agreeing to the change. The core terms of the partnership agreement remain unchanged. As of the announcement, Guanghe (Hainan) Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. does not hold shares in Beijing Dahao Technology. The fund's initial investments included a CNY 52 million investment in Henan Guangyuan New Materials in 2018.
