China Life announces 2024 A-share dividend distribution

China Life Insurance Company (SSE:601628) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual A-share profit distribution plan. Shareholders of record as of July 9, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.45 per share (inclusive of tax). The ex-dividend date is set for July 10, 2025, with the dividend payable on the same day. The total dividend payout amounts to CNY 12.719 billion. According to the announcement, the dividend distribution will slightly reduce the company's solvency ratio, but still maintain regulatory compliance. China Life's core solvency ratio stands at 153.34%, and the comprehensive solvency ratio is 207.76%.
