WuXi AppTec proceeds with share repurchase program

WuXi AppTec (SSE:603259) announced that it has commenced its share repurchase program through centralized bidding, as approved at the company's annual general meeting. As of June 30, 2025, the company repurchased 899,907 A-shares, representing 0.0313% of the total share capital, at prices ranging from CNY 65.53 to CNY 69.60 per share. The total expenditure for the repurchase amounted to CNY 60,023,969.93, excluding transaction costs. The company intends to cancel the repurchased shares to reduce registered capital. This repurchase is in line with relevant regulations and the company's repurchase plan. WuXi AppTec will continue to implement the repurchase plan based on market conditions.
