Sunoren Solar announces convertible bond conversion results for Q2 2025

Zhejiang Sunoren Solar Technology (SSE:603105) announced the results of convertible bond conversions for the second quarter of 2025. Between April 1 and June 30, 2025, CNY 1,000 of "芯能转债" was converted into the company's A-shares, resulting in 78 new shares. Cumulatively, CNY 85,000 of the bonds have been converted into 6,519 shares, representing 0.0013% of the company's total share capital before conversion. The remaining outstanding amount of "芯能转债" is CNY 879,915,000, accounting for 99.9903% of the total issuance. Consequently, the company's total share capital increased by 78 shares to 500,006,519 shares as of June 30, 2025. The conversion price is currently CNY 12.75 per share. The conversion period for the bonds began on May 6, 2024, and will continue until October 25, 2029.
